Kicad is the most popular open source software for designing printed circuit boards.  In part 1 of this 2 part class you will learn how to take your hand drawn schematics and replicate them in Kicad and how to create your own schematic symbols in your own symbol libraries. In part 2 of the class we learn how to annotate and map the symbols in your schematic into footprints, create your own footprints for components that may not already have footprints, how to export them to a board and how to connect them together into a board that's ready to send out to a company like Seedstudio to have made into your very own PCB.This is a 2 part class.  When you pay for the first part you are also paying for the 2nd part.
