I'm sure some of you bar hoppers have come across the ridiculous 900 yen prices typical of Guinness in most bars in Japan. Well, now I'm going to teach you a method which will allow you, for the price of 6 or 7 beers, produce 5 gallons of the stuff. Doesn't that sound nice? No kidding, the class will pay for itself after only 2 beers. This next class will be straight forward brewing. I don't want to teach anything more than the brew process, but that involves learning the principles behind the more advanced techniques we will be stepping into. Can I get a hell yes? Please sign up on this event page please. You will receive as much beer as you can drink (or bottle upon request) at the Hackerspace, and the keg which we create will only be available to the classmates that attend.
