Well.. I certainly like the idea of short lessons and demos.
I also like the organic decision making concept.

I have a list of specific projects I would like to personally work on while there. I posted them up on the event comments. I have not made a final decision (and likely wont till the day of).

Really would be good for people to bring their own projects, work on them a bit, interact with others, then do some show and tell style discussions about them. HIPs (Hacks In Progress)

Movie time is also great (perfect time for foods).
As much as we want to discourage sleeping, I am afraid most people will need to take naps at some point.

I wonder if anyone has a telescope or such gear for star observations? A group could take last train out to Saitama or Chiba, and come back on the first train with some night observations.
